Privacy & Data Protection Policy

This policy was last updated in April 2026 and is compliant with Amendment 13 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

1. Introduction and Commitment

Gil Finance Master of Success Ltd. ("the Company", "we", or "us") views the protection of your privacy and financial data as a supreme value. The Company is committed to full transparency and acts in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the updated Amendment 13.

2. Data Categories and "Especially Sensitive" Information

Due to the nature of our financial consulting services, we process several types of data:

  • Identifiable Personal Data: Full name, phone number, and email.
  • Especially Sensitive Data (per Amendment 13): Financial status, credit scores (BDI), debt details, and official banking documents. This data is handled under the highest security protocols.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browsing data, and Cookies used to enhance user experience and secure the site.

3. Third-Party Platforms

  • Calendly: Used for scheduling appointments. Its usage is subject to Calendly’s own Privacy Policy.
  • WhatsApp: Communications through the site’s WhatsApp button are stored within WhatsApp’s infrastructure and subject to their terms.
  • Google Analytics 4: Google’s traffic analytics service, active across the site, collecting anonymous browsing data (pages viewed, referral source, device type). It runs in Consent Mode: it writes no cookies and collects nothing until you accept in the consent banner, and you may decline. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site’s storage in your browser.
  • FormSubmit: A service that forwards the site’s form submissions (full name, phone, email, and on the calculator also the estimated saving figure) to the office mailbox. It is operated by a third-party provider outside Israel.
  • SmartSuite: The company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, which receives enquiries submitted through the landing-page form, including the consent confirmation you ticked. It is operated by a third-party provider outside Israel.

4. Data Subject Rights

In accordance with the law, you have the right to:

  • Inspect any personal data held about you.
  • Request corrections for inaccurate information.
  • Request data deletion, subject to our legal retention obligations (e.g., AML laws or bookkeeping regulations).
