We can take an "All-Purpose Mortgage" on your existing apartment. This money serves as the equity for the new apartment. The bank of the second apartment provides the completion of the mortgage. The result: You bought another yielding asset with 0 NIS equity from your savings. The new asset is rented out, the rent covers the mortgages, and you are on the path to financial freedom.

1. Strategic Location

We look for areas with "growth engines": proximity to a light rail, academic institutions, large employment centers, or urban renewal projects expected to raise the value of the entire area.

2. Cash Flow

A smart investor checks the Yield. The goal is for the rent to cover as much of the mortgage components as possible. In the Master's method, we build a mortgage mix that is coordinated with the expected rent, so the property "holds itself."
